Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Virtual Health Xpress services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Telehealth Services

Virtual Health Xpress provides telehealth consultations for non-emergency medical conditions. Our services include primary care, urgent care, weight loss management, and prescription services. These services are not a substitute for emergency medical care.

Patient Eligibility

• Patients must be 12 years of age or older for urgent care services
• Patients must be 18 years of age or older for Direct Primary Care membership
• Patients must provide accurate and complete health information
• Services are available to patients in states where our providers are licensed

Prescriptions

Our providers may prescribe medications when medically appropriate. We do not prescribe controlled substances for pain, anxiety, or sleep. The first medication refill is included with your visit; additional medications may incur additional costs.

Direct Primary Care Membership

• DPC membership is a monthly subscription and is not insurance
• No registration or cancellation fees apply
• A 30-day notice is required for cancellation
• Membership includes unlimited access to your provider, same-day/next-day appointments, annual labs, and discounted prescriptions

Emergency Disclaimer

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Virtual Health Xpress does not provide emergency medical services.

Limitation of Liability

Virtual Health Xpress provides telehealth services in good faith and to the best of our providers' abilities. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from the use of our services beyond the scope of standard medical practice.
